Is Your Video Stopping and Starting?

If a video doesn't play continuously, it may be due to your connection speed. We recommend a broadband connection with 500+ Kbps for the best viewing experience. If your connection speed is less than 500 Kbps, we suggest that you stop the video and wait until at least half or the entire video finishes buffering before playing the video. It is also possible that your video download speed is slow or inconsistent because your ISP servers are experiencing high traffic, which sometimes affects the speed. If this is the case, there's not much you can do about that except use your service during a "slower use" period.
